If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled time or NOT show up, 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charge as cancellation fee. We do allow a one time reschedule, and cancellation fee will apply towards your first reschedule, if and only if it falls within 3 weeks of initial appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit is required. If you are displeased or unsure about any part of the service, please address your concerns immediately during your service so that we can offer the proper solution for the issue. We will not offer to redo or refund any service due to your lack of communication or if service received exceed a week old. Thanks for your continous support and understanding.
